Why I built Marble. A letter from Rye.

Rye has traded futures and options since he was 18, mostly on prop firm accounts. This is his letter to the trader reading it: what it cost him, and why Marble is the systems he built and the room he never had.

To the trader reading this,

I'm Ryan, Rye to most people. I'm 22, from Scotland, and I've been trading since I was 18. Futures and options, mostly on prop firm accounts.

For a long time it cost me. Thousands, gone. Not because I didn't know the setups, but because I wasn't disciplined, I hadn't found my edge, and I wasn't tracking any of it.

Then it clicked: you need data behind how you trade. Data is what lets you stick to your rules and stay calm when it counts. So I started building the systems to get me there. Marble is those systems.

The other half was harder. I had no one to talk to: no traders around me, no one to meet in this space. I did the whole journey on my own. So Marble is also the room I never had, a place to share the wins and the losses, connect, build, and find people to trade alongside.

To anyone struggling right now
